Recrafting a Life # 1 Introduction
Simply, a brief introduction to the concept and origins of "Recrafting." We discuss the metaphor of Robinson Crusoe and the ways in which he had to acquire recrafting skills on the island on which he was shipwrecked. Like Robinson Crusoe, we live in challenging times often experiencing life as if we were
shipwrecked on a deserted island. The purpose of the podcast is to engage in conversations about the ways in which we can recraft lives.
Specifically, we will interview experts in the fields of psychology, health and healing, the creative arts, and innovative business practices with the goal of creating a useful set of tools that will enable us to find our way home. Check out the podcasts below and let us know what you think.

Combining years of research on mental health with the latest insights from the new field of positive psychology, Lynn presents a step-by-step plan for achieving the happiness that most of us find so elusive. Listen and learn specific steps you can take today to be happier. Also, listeners of the podcast are offered something extra (and free) from Lynn.
